- DELETE /ajustements/{numEtud}/{idUE}: remove ajustement from DB - Requires employee role - Returns 204 on success This close #52

- DELETE /ajustements/{numEtud}/{idUE}: remove ajustement from DB
- Requires employee role
- Returns 204 on success
