- PUT /ue-modules/{idModule}/{idUE}/{idPromo}: update coeff for
  UE-Module-Promo association
- DELETE /ue-modules/{idModule}/{idUE}/{idPromo}: remove UE-Module-Promo
  association
- requires employee role
